The tastiest Salmon you'll ever have
Spicy BBQ Rub Salmon
1 Large salmon fillet
3 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Dark and Smoky BBQ Rub
¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Rub salmon fillets with Flatiron Pepper - BBQ Rub, sprinkle salt over as well (optional)
Heat butter in pan over medium-high heat, add salmon fillets skin side up to the pan.
Cook 2-3 minutes until fish releases easily and the rub side is nicely browned.
Move fillets to pan or tray and place skin side down in the oven.
Cook 5-7 minutes more until fish flakes but is tender.
Serve on top of steamed Asparagus, finish with a squeeze or two of fresh lemon juice.
