Mango Sticky Rice - Asian Reds
Sweet and Spicy, the perfect side dish for your next dinner party!

Ingredients
1 tsp Asian Reds
1 cup coconut milk
¾ tsp salt
1 cup sticky rice
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Mango
Directions
Steam rice in a rice cooker. The rice should take about 15-20 minutes to cook.
Heat the coconut milk in a pot over medium heat. Stir constantly and let the coconut milk simmer. Stir in sugar and salt. Remove from heat.
Pour hot coconut milk over the hot sticky rice. Let it sit for 5 minutes. The rice will absorb all the coconut milk. The rice should be a kinda of mushy, but don't over stir to turn the rice into a complete mush.
Top with several shakes of Asian Reds.
